Hey there peeps, Happy Mon to ya! I holiday card here for the Moxie Fab World "Stretch Your Style Challenge-Stamping". The card is pretty simple with subtle colors. Not very big into the traditional holiday colors (red, and green) so I decided to make the card with suft pastel colors and also kraft. The focal point of the card is the cute stocking that i colored in using a blender pen. I also used glitter for the "fold" of the stocking, cute huh? So the challenge is to include some soft of stamping on the card-so I stamped the stocking, and the background is also stamped (dotted) and the sentiment, I think that qualifies for the challenge! Let me know what you think!

Hey there ladies, A card here for Laura's Sketch #33 at 2S4Y! So I had 2 PP collections from Sassafras Lass that I had not used so I decided to break them out, hehe. Again, using my PTI Scattered Showers stamp set, luv luv luv it! Not sure what the 'theme' of the card is, perhaps just a plain old "Luv U" card, we'll see. But I really like the retro look and the way the card all works in a funky way because these PP sure are retro-ish and colorful, tell me what you think and for what occasion this would fit in!?

Hey there peeps, A "Thinking of You" card using my brand new awesome PTI stamp, yes, I finally had some lil $$$ to get me some! I love the swirl set that they came out with, which I think it's been out for a bit but when I first saw it I just drooled over it, haha. (I've read that it a typical rxn to their stamps, you know, drooling, haha) The sentiment stamp is also by them from their Scattered Showers set. Anywhos, the card is pretty simple, but I think that flower is just too darn cute! whaddaya think? (oh yeah, did I forget to mention I should be studying? It's so difficult to juggle craft time and school time, hmmm.... :o) One more thing, a card using Dawn's color challenge, not sure if they match 100% but I loved the colors this wk!

Clouds here with another card. This one is for a friend whose bday is next month. I don't want to forget it at the last minute so I am making it now. Cute huh? I wanted something simple yet beautiful, I think I pulled it off. I like the idea of the same flower just with different colors. Of course, I gotta have buttons :D some have brads, buttons, and eyelets. I hope she likes it :D

Hey peeps, Looks like I'm on a roll this wkend, hehe. Well that's good I guess cuz on the 24th I start college again, ughh! Well to be honest, part of the reason why I keep on making cards is because I'm sending out thank you cards for our friends who came to my hubby's BBQ party and to some college buddies I met this summer. So I guess that is the motivation behind all the card making, hehe. Ok, the card is pretty simple. I am so proud of my stitching on this card because it was a lot easier than the other card stitching I did before, :D

I'm always tickled when someone issues me an award, I just think it's very thoughtful and creative! I got this from Cindy over at My Lil' Crafty Corner. So, I guess I gotta state 5 things I like doing and the 5 other peeps that I pass this award too... Thanks Cindy!!!! HUG
Hey there peeps, so a thank you card for one of our good friends who attended my hubby's birthday BBQ last wkend. I figured it was time to break into those awesome goodies I got from Cath from Moxie Fab World :D I got quite a bit of DP from American Crafts!!! (I was ever so thankful to her :) I just got back from our trip to Tucson AZ at a spa resort! Now, I didn't tell you because hubby made it a surprise! (yes, that's my hubby) He had planned the whole thing about 3 months ago and I didn't suspect a thing!!!! So, the place where we went is Miraval (you might've heard of the spa resort if you watched Oprah) I highly recommend it! Ok, have a great wkend! And now from some blog hopping :D so before I forget, I made this card off of the sketch (CPS 128) provided by Card Positioning Systems, loved the lay out :)
* Ok, so I've been on this habit of posting pics and blogging through Flickr, just because the pics look a lot better if I post them there! So go ahead and click on the pic for a larger view and supplies!
Hey peeps! A card here for 2S4Y sketch challenge based off of Laura's Sketch #32. I had a whole new different card in mind for this challenge but as I went through my pile of stuff (yes, a have managed to accumulate tons of craft stuff, ughh, there is no organization whatsoever!) I found this awesome PP by Sassafras Lass that had a cute little owl on it, so I decided that would be my focal point.
Hey there ladies, Clouds here with another card for the Moxie Fab World "Bag Lady Challenge" This challenge was right up my alley since some of the lovely bag/purses had flowers on them, and some crocheting, hehe. So, I found this awesome set of flower templates by Bazzil called In Stitchez. I pierced the templates on the card, stitched them using cute and fun colors and added some of my very own crochet flower! Oh, how I love the card! hehe. Let me know what you think!

Hi ladies, first I want to thank you all for the kind words on the last post I made. I really appreciate them all. I've never really lost someone very close to me, so this came as a shock. My grandma was close to me and I her that it really hurt down to the core that I could not see her before she passed away. oh man, I will always love my grandma and I will never forget her :o) So, this card is dedicated to her, well to a few things I kept that were hers. I am planning on buying a trinket box to keep them all with me. The card says 'chi-chi' (pronounced "chee-chee') which in mayan means grandma. The card is mostly made after the colors I think she would've liked and some that I saw her wear or little things the she had that had those colors, very soft colors. A while ago I got some cute craft goodies from M.Engracia who is from Spain! The lace she sent me comes all the way from Portugal, so I figured grandma would've liked the lace :o) Well, that's it for now.
