Hey there peeps,
Sorry it's been so long since I posted but with Scott and I heading out to NYC (pics to come) and just getting back into the swing of things once we got back to CO, well there just wasn't time to post until now.
The card: I really like! I bought some SU! chocolate chip card stock a while back and hadn't used it, but it occurred to me that the green and red would look good on it, it did! I luv luv the bold colors!
Ok, so I decided since I shop A LOT for craft supplies and have used them, I decided every time I find something cool I'd tell you about it, you know just in case your looking for something to add to your list. i'll tell you why I like them and where to find them and for how much. Sorta like me own review :D
Why? They come in many diff colors and you can use them as tags on presents or you can add them to your cards like I did for a cool touch! You get two of each sprout and you get about 20+ of them!
Where to find? You can find them at Archivers (yes they carry Jillibean Soup products now) for $3.49+tax or at Twopeasinabucket.com they are having a sale of them for $1.49 Find it HERE.
Let me know what you think!

Hey there peeps,
Sorry this post is a tad bit late. You know how it is when you're away and try to get into the 'internets' ;o) hehe. Ok, last week as a Torendi Setter. Wow, crazy how time flies so fast when you're busy and running around doing things. I am so happy I got this awesome opportunity to be a Setter and it's been fun. Tiff and Jen are awesome and I enjoyed working with the Nov Pop kit. This last card is fun and easy to make. I particularly liked the paper plane, and I used stickles to decorate it, cool huh? So, let me know what you think! You can find the Nov Pop kit here.
Also, Check out Esty Inpired Challenges, Torendi is sponsoring them this wk, go ahead and participate and you may have a chance to win a prize from Torendi! :D

It's been an eventful day today for me. I got to meet Tenia from Jazzy Paper Designs, what a wonderful person, so full of life and energy! We had lunch in Boulder, actually we both go to CU Boulder so literally we are really close by :D
A card for you today, you might ask yourself if this paper is from the Nook and Pantry collection from Basic Grey and yes it is. For some reason the paper struck me as holiday-ish and thought it would look good decorated as ornaments. I used my EpicSix die cut machine for the ornaments. You like? It's pretty simple and easy to mail :D
Hope your week is going well. Just a couple more days till Scott and I head out to NYC :D

Hope your week starts off well. Mine sure is, lots of things to do before Scott and I head on out to NYC! yeah baby! ;o) Yup, we're spending Thanksgiving over at his fam up in NY and we're so excited. We don't have much planned but we'll see what we end up doing, for sure we're gunna go to Soho and Greenwich Village (my fav place so far in the world!) We might end up going to the Macy's Thanksgiving parade too, we'll see how cold it gets.
Ok, There's still time to head on over to Torendi and purchase your Pop kit if you haven't. Remember, there's a flat rate shipping so no worries if you plan on adding more stuff to yer cart. TGIF! No kidding, I've been waiting for Fri since Mon, hehe, partly cuz I had a brutal Thurs- exams :o[ But anywhos, today I'm sharing with you a Holiday card! I luv luv luv my brand new EpicSix die cut/embossing tool! YEY! I purposely took hubby to Archiver last wkend cuz they were having a sale on the EpicSix ($60 usually sold for $70 but some places $80) And I told him that it's what I wanted for this holiday since I don't have one, and we got sold on the tool, we got a demo and all, so now I'm breaking it out with my new embossing plate, hee hee.
Ok, the card is super cute and really not much too it. I got this holiday embossing plate (which is actually from Cuttlebug but can be used with the EpicSix) and figured it would like nice as the main theme of the card, I was right! Tied some ribbon and button, added a snowflake and sentiment and Voila! tell me what you think! The only thing I don't like about the embossing is that it warps the card, not sure if it's the card stock I used or the type of embossing plate I used, do any of you have a problem like this when you emboss cards?
Last thing, Torendi is still having their SALE- going on through Nov 16th. There's still time to get your goodies using the discount they're offering! Japanese imports are 15% off now through the 16th
and our Japanese stamps are 30% off, KILLER DEAL :) Also Torendi is sponsoring Sketchy Thursdays, you can win goodies by participating so check them out!

A happy Mon to ya. Today I have a Torendi inspired gift card using Bam Pop paper from the Nov Pop kit. I luv how fun and girlie the colors are, so much fun to work with. I used Kristina's template for the gift card and you can find it by clicking here. What I like a lot about the patterned paper as well is that it's heavy enough to serve as a base card, or in this case as the gift card holder. So, I highly recommend the Nov kit, and remember that there's a flat rate shipping of $5 should in case you want add those yummy stamps or patterned paper! Also, if you really like the patterned paper I used for the gift card you can buy it separately as well, it's called High Voltage, you can find it by clicking here. Lastly, be sure to visit the Torendi Blog, lots of cool stuff going on, daily promotions and awesome inspiration coming from their awesome DT!
Gift Card Supplies:
-Nov "Pop" Kit: (includes Bam Pop and AC patterned paper, pink flower, AC brad)
-polka dot ribbon
-SU! stamps and puncher

A good Fri to ya! I have a card for you today, it's a thank you card. I've been on a crafter's block lately, I can't seem to like any of the ideas I come up with :o( bummer! This card I made a week ago. I really like the colors, I rarely use gray and I found some on my card stock folder and decided to use 'em. Luv the blue on gray, and the green is just perfect! Oh yeah, the pearls gives the umbrella an elegant look!

Happy Mon to ya! My first Holiday Card of the season, how awesome! I am super excited for the upcoming cards I'll get to create for fam and friends. I luv the look of this card, as you may already know, not much into the traditional holiday colors, I like the idea of the modern look. So with the said, my card is just that. The tree is 'frosted' using Martha Stewart fine glitter (I found it at Michael's) but first I just traced over the branches and tree trunk with my Sakura white gel pen to give it that snow-y look. You like? The tech is pretty simple! You should try it!
I am thinking that I'll prolly make all the cards different but who knows, I might stick to one look and work with it, we'll see!
***Oh yeah, I am the Nov Torendi setter, how awesome, be sure to check out their blog for daily info and promotions! Do check their Nov "Pop" Kit, the kit is awesome!

Ok, on to my first card! I made a mini circle card using some cute embellishments from the Pop kit, pretty cute and simple yet the colors are so bold and bright, I luv it! The swirl was a hit with me! I planned on 'dressing' it up but I figured it would just take away from the awesome patterned paper, what do you think?
